Cooking is therapy for me, as well as allowing me to feed my family and friends. We have done a couple “Cooking Show” style videos during quarantine, but this was more of a following me on my evening path to dinner. We started with cocktail time on the front porch, after making a dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives… YUM!
After we enjoyed some time unwinding I got to work on dinner for the family. This recipe I chose mainly because it taught me how to make my own curry paste, instead of having to rely on the grocery store kind. Was super simple, and I had almost all the items. I even have some leftover in the fridge for the next Curry dish I decide to make.
