Whirlwind Weekend | Salisbury to Berlin to Rehoboth Beach
Who said nothing happens after sumer is over?
The weekend began in Salisbury. MD for 3rd Friday, music by Eastern Electric, a wide variety of artisanal vendors and smashing pumpkins! Saturday the weather seemed it would not cooperate, but that did not keep the crowds away from #MDsCoolestSmallTown of Berlin, MD for the annual Octoberfest. Polka music, Burley Oak craft beer, delicious local Mojo oysters and soft pretzels from Baked Dessert to name a few of the treats on the street that day. We wrapped up the weekend with a visit to Rehoboth Beach, DE for the Ocean 98 Wing Contest at Jakes Seafood located on rt 1. Some amazing sauces were on display for the contest, and the winners were:
