Thankful for the Successful 2019 We Have Had!

Celebrating an amazing year of GCFL, with sharing this almost year end reel of 2019. Thankful for all of our clients and friends who have worked with us this past year, full of growth. We look forward to a very good 2020!

We are not big on New Year’s Resolutions, but after feeling truly present on Thanksgiving surrounded by family I have realized this is the moment to think about goals and changes. Yesterday was a day of gratitude, and I have learned a lot in the last couple weeks of practice. Besides staying present, I realize I want to be less judgmental and more accepting and will strive to do that through the next year. There is always room to grow and learn. That all being said, we have had another great year, and instead of wrapping up at the end, we decided to be thankful and share our great year now!
