We do a lot of work up in Dewey and it’s always great to meet yet another person behind the scenes that make that place the lively place that it is. I’ve been in Gary’s plenty of times, but not in the kitchen to have the opportunity to meet Holly Ski in her natural environment. Brewer and chef from 38-75 and Gary’s Beach Grill respectively, Holly Ski comes on to talk about life at the beach.
