For the better part of 5 years Todd DeHart and Tony Russo have been podcasting on the eastern shore. Talking about life in Ocean City and the Delaware beaches, particularly bar culture and the arts. There have been lots of different versions of the Happy Hour Todcast
but they have always involved drinks. Even when they where just talking about Digital marketing at 11 am in the morning, it was still Happy Hour in their mind.
