Everyone knows that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and events are prevalent across the country. The Pink Ribbon Pinups held a successful event last weekend, and will be walking tomorrow in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk & 5K on the Boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. My 10 year old is participating with us, and for the occasion we dyed her mane of long curly hair Hot Pink for the occasion!
Tonight in Berlin, MD is 2nd Friday Art Stroll, and for the occasion has gone Pink! There will be a candlelight vigil in honor of Women Supporting Women, in front of the Atlantic Hotel. During Art Stroll, while visiting our quaint town, see a variety of artists on display throughout town. Matt Dove of PunkRockFishStudio will have his works on display at the Berlin Coffee House, with music by The Knuckle Heads. The art of Brian Robertson will be on display at The Globe, with Full Circle on stage at 7 pm.
