While looking into locally sourced meat, and the benefits of buying local, I came across this video, “The Meatrix”. It is definitely a little goofy, but a simplified explanation of our standard meat supply. This is why locally raised animals, living and grazing on pastures, benefits our health, happiness and the environment.
