Playing a massive 17-song set at The Starboard, Joey Harkum mixed heartfelt acoustic with the reggae-rock and Americana sound. With a laid-back atmosphere, the packed crowd sang along through fan favorites and newer material. The Dewey Beach stop was just one night in the middle of a busy spring run, with Harkum heading next to Ophelia’s in Albany and then continuing through the Northeast.
