Good Clean Family Fun in Williamsburg, VA

Between the holidays we were lucky enough to take a trip to Williamsburg, VA to visit both Christmastown and Colonial Williamsburg while in all of their holiday glory. I definitely look forward to visiting again in warmer seasons, to enjoy more of what they area has to offer. Touring Colonial Williamsburg was by far the highlight, including the incredible food and drink we enjoyed. Dog Street Pub has what seems to be an endless menu of craft beer along with good food. The Cheese Shop is a must to visit, whether you want to visit the wine cellar, taste some out of this word cheese, or to grab a sandwich. We decided to stop in the Blue Talon Bistro for a glass of wine and decided we must have a full meal next time we visit. Another stop on our way to our dinner reservation was to Fat Canary, where we had such incredibly good service that we cancelled our reservation and stayed there for dinner. The food was outstanding, the service was better than anywhere else I have been and those that were seated around us at the bar were the friendliest in town. We will definitely go back there as well!
