October 1st, after a week of 80 degree days with lots of humidity, autumn decided to show itself in the form of a beautiful crisp day. A day that was perfect for the wedding of Tom & Gussie Sholtis! Straw on the ground, and the stage was set for the Chester River Runoff to get the guests into a foot stomping mood. No wedding is complete without a toast, but in pure Washington Street style, the toast was done with the champagne of beers rather then the french bubbly. As the day went on, the fire in the firepit was started, and the beautiful event went on into the night.
