11 Aug Tin Roof…Rusted! – The B-52’s at the Freeman Stage

Oh the memories that song brings to me. Days and nights at Towson, silly line dance, formals, Homecoming, Greek Week…all of the above are triggered by the song Love Shack by The B-52’s. When I heard they would be coming to the shore and playing at such a great small venue as the Freeman Stage in Selbyville, I was ecstatic! Of course I wished I could have shard the experience with the girls of Zeta Mu, but they were there in spirit. Opening for them was Delaware locals, Love Seed Mama Jump, getting the crowd moving. After a bit of a storm delay, just enough time for the crowd to drink a little more and get ready to shimmy, The B-52’s finally came on stage to a very welcoming crowd.
