In one of the websites that I follow, The Healthy Skeptic, came across this bit of interesting news. Now, no one wants to grow old and shrivel and die, when there are plenty of ways we can remain youthful even old age. It doesnt take too much, small steps, to ensure a more active, alert and enjoyable golden age. Some are as simple as the things your mother always told you, Eat well, get ample sleep and exercise!
