On our family adventure to Greensboro, NC we were walking around the city with the kids and walked into the International Civil Rights Museum….where our daughter bought a bookmark of Bob Marley…she really wanted Harriet Tubman, but settled for Bob.

We were starving and came across a Thai restaurant and decided it was time to expose them to new cuisine. Brodie threw a fit because he wanted chicken tenders. We said no, and ordered him sticky rice and chicken. Soup was served and without second thought he dug in, and tried a good bit. Lunch came and it was divine. Red curry, green curry, spring rolls, and shrimp in a blanket. We all tried it all. The spice in the curries were just enough to clear my sinuses, in the best way. We are now on a mission to find a Thai restaurant and/or recipe to enjoy the cuisine again.
